Shipping policy

We deliver by Courier to your door throughout South Africa. *
Our Preferred courier is “The Courier Guy” which we use for most to your door deliveries.

Delivery Time:
Mr Satellite typically ships out orders to our courier partner within one business day after they have been placed.

Free Shipping orders over R1,500*
If the product order is over R1,500 then we offer free Courier delivery to your door. *
If the order is less than R1,500 we charge by weight category, this amount due for shipping, is viewable on check out.

Payment is due before shipment. No item will be shipped before Proof of Payment has been received. We allow a maximum of 3 days to complete order payment. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled.

PostNet

With certain orders, You can choose to collect from one of 200 PostNet Stores throughout South Africa. 

PLEASE NOTE
* We cannot ship to certain townships, farms, plots or extreme outlying areas.
These areas are determined by our Courier partner (normally “The Courier Guy”)
If Mr Satellite deems that we can not ship to your location, then unfortunately we will be unable proceed with your order, and your order will be cancelled. See return and refund policy for more information.   

* Shipping is calculated by Mr Satellite based on pricing we are charged by the used Courier Company (Typically “The Courier Guy”) If the Courier Company determines that there is an additional charge, above the standard charge, then this charge will be passed on to you. This charge may be applicable even on free shipping orders. You will be notified before shipping of this additional cost, if you choose not to accept this additional cost then the order will be cancelled. See return and refund policy for more information.
